The horizontal linear vibrating screen is driven by dual exciters. When the two exciters rotate synchronously in opposite directions, the centrifugal forces generated by their eccentric blocks cancel out parallel to the motor axis. The resultant force perpendicular to the axis creates a linear motion trajectory. The motors are tilted relative to the screen surface, combining vibratory force and material gravity to propel materials forward in a jumping linear motion for screening and classification. Suitable for automated production lines, it features low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, and a fully enclosed design to prevent dust dispersion.
High Strength: The entire structure undergoes finite element analysis. Simple and compact design with high rigidity, strength, balanced stress distribution, and a high safety factor.
Energy Efficiency: Maximizes weight reduction while meeting operational requirements, resulting in a lightweight yet robust design with high processing capacity, low power consumption, strong vibration intensity, and high screening efficiency.
Anti-Corrosion: Screen body uses HUCK bolt connections without welds, eliminating stress concentration.
Low Noise: Noise-reduction technology applied to assembly components, ensuring noise levels <85 dB(A) within 1 meter.
Quick Installation: Equipped with domestic-brand screen panels, fixed bases, and easy installation/replacement. High screening efficiency, large material handling capacity, and lifespan exceeding 6 months.
Weight Reduction: Optimized vibration parameters avoid resonance frequencies, reducing resonance impact.
